They have obviously missed Avenue 5 in the Bankers Hill area. Service as well as cuisine is "above-par". Zagat should be aware of all the new restaurants that are popping up all over San Diego. There will be three tours, one focusing on local and sustainable businesses and restaurants, one focusing on specialty retailers, and one that will be more or less a progressive tasting through some of the urban bistros in town.
